The Old Homestead – 2 Blinds – 4 Hunters

SHORT TERM HUNTING
We are offering 2 hunting blinds on our 45 acre farm in Pendleton County, Kentucky, for short term hunting lease. You can come for a day or book a full weekend. The two hunting areas will be yours and only yours! This is an awesome opportunity to easily take home a Big Buck from Kentucky to hang on your trophy wall.

Below are the details. We’re trying it out this year and if all works out, we will add more short-term-hunting properties for next year. This is our last property available this year. If you have any questions, please use the contact form on this page.

HUNTING DETAILS
We currently have 2 blinds set up on two of our ridges which can hold 2 hunters each. Your reservation will give you access to both of these areas from 5am to 9pm on the days you select. You can come and go as you please. There is plenty of parking and each blind is an easy flat 3-5 minute walk.

PRICING DETAILS

• $199 per day – Maximum 4 hunters allowed. (2 per blind)
• $50 Booking Deposit – Due within 24 hours of booking, or we will cancel your booking. Follow the link to pay deposit on the confirmation page. This will go toward your total reservation amount due.
• Security Deposit – Due at lease signing. This will be a hold on your credit card in the amount of a single day and will be removed after your stay. Follow the terms in the lease agreement and there shouldn’t be any issues.

It is required to have a Kentucky State Hunting License. Please get one here. You will need to show proof of a 2024-25 Kentucky State hunting license and tags, before you can hunt on our land.

When you kill your Big Buck from Kentucky – you will be responsible for removing the entire carcass to your vehicle to haul off. We can recommend local processors.   

At this time, we only offer the property for day hunting use only. No overnight stay or camping allowed. Please check out the local short term rentals AirBnBs nearby. We can recommend a houses nearby, just ask.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

1. The private property to hunt on between 5am-9pm of your booking term.
2. Blinds with chairs. Enough room for 2 hunters in each blind.
3. Trail camera footage of each spot available upon request.
4. Opportunity to kill a big buck.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1. Each hunter will need a 2024-25 Kentucky State Hunting License
2. Each hunter will need buck/doe deer tags
3. Each hunter will need to sign and adhere to the short term hunting lease agreement.
4. Your hunting rifle, bow or cross-bow. We do not supply this for you.
5. A Deer cart to transport your trophy to your Truck. (no ATV’s allowed on property)
6. Warm clothes and coffee!
7. Camera to take a picture!
